Returns + Exchanges

We offer a seven day money back guarantee for all purchases from If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unworn items for an online credit or refund. Sale/clearance or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. In order to return a product all attached tags, SKU information, and packing materials are required. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. The customer may use any shipping carrier to return merchandise to VaughnBerry headquarters. VaughnBerry is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipping from the customer. Please allow five to seven business days for your return to be processed. Once a refund is complete, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution.

Refund Policy 
All refunds issued will be in the amount paid for merchandise only. Shipping and handling costs non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order.

Defective or Wrong Item Received
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within seven days of the delivery date if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted within the seven day window, your product may not be considered for return or exchange.
