The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) has recommended that, in addition to Social D-I-S-T-A-N-C-I-N-G, everybody wear cloth face coverings while in public areas. Facial coverings are mandatory in public in some counties. Let do our part and help slow the spread! But to ensure enough crucial supplies are available to our heroic healthcare workers, the CDC does NOT want the rest of us using surgical masks or N-95 masks.

Our cloth masks are not meant to replace surgical masks or N-95 masks. Our masks do not guarantee protection against COVID-19 (Coronavirus). These cloth masks are meant to help slow the spread of illness by covering our mouths and noses.

How do I clean/wash my mask?

All masks are to be hand-washed in cold/lukewarm water. Lay flat and open on a towel to dry.

Your website says "OUT OF STOCK" in my size, when will you be getting those restocked?

If you notice that the mask you want is not available in your desired size, please contact us. In some cases we are able to remake masks but it is not guaranteed. More often than not fabrics are not re-orderable. Or recommendation is that if you see the mask you want in your size, DON’T WAIT! ORDER IT!

Can you make masks in bulk? (50+)

Can you make custom masks?

WE CAN!! Please contact us for your specific request. We are currently experience a 14-21 day delay on some custom orders given the design and available resources at this time. Please understand this on a case-by-case basis and we will treat each case with individual care and reasoning.

I placed my order but have not received a confirmation email email. What do I do?

While it is 2020, we do experience technical difficulties even today! It is also possible that your email information we have is incorrect. Please contact us if you need us to resend a confirmation email.

I got a fulfilled confirmation email with tracking number but no tracking information.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and they are currently experiencing 1-3 day delay in all deliveries. We ask that everyone please be patient during these challenging times.

My tracking number says that order was delivered but I never received my order.

While these cases are rare, we are sorry to say it is possible. You would have to follow-up with USPS given that is out of our control once shipped.

Can I exchange or return my mask?

Given the current situation we are unable to return or exchange masks once delivered.
